The Community Chest of Knoxville and those in service or employment are first and foremost here to serve the people of our community. We emphasize respect for not only our customers and each other but for the community as a whole. We recognize that what we do and how we do it affects the greater area and is not limited to those who work at or patronize our stores. We feel that by offering items at the lowest possible price to our customers we enable those individuals and families to make better use of the resources they have available. At our core, we maintain that our clothes be priced for $1 without regard to brand or intent from the manufacturer. That includes shoes, coats, prom dresses, etc.

AS OUR MISSION IS TO GET NEEDED ITEMS TO PEOPLE AT THE LOWEST POSSIBLE PRICES, OUR MERCHANDISE IS NOT FOR RESALE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE WE THINK MAY BE RESELLING OUR MERCHANDISE.

The secondary effect of our mission, but no less important, is to contribute financially to the FISH Hospitality Pantry of Knoxville and the great work being done by the individuals responsible for the feeding of the community in which they are located.
